Property Office Sticker on Stata

On the morning of the Stata Center dedication, a large Property Office sticker appeared on the white wall between the Gates and Dreyfoos towers, facing Vassar Street. The barcode on the sticker is all twisted (with no right angles) in Stata style. There is also a hidden "IHTFP" in the barcode. The serial number reads "MIT-285E06." The estimated cost of the Stata center was $285,000,000.
The hack was only up for a few hours, and was removed shortly after dawn on the day of the dedication.
