Do Not Open Building 14 Handicap Entrance

n.b. We believe this happened sometime in December of 1994 or January of 1995, but do not have an exact date. We'd apprecite hearing from anyone who can help us bound the time of the hack more tightly.

The handicapped entrance to building 14 was under rennovation for a long time due to various confusions within the MIT administartion. After suffering through the resulting inconvenience for ``long enough'', hackers decided to poke fun at the delay by ``wrapping up'' the entrance and adding a sign which said, ``Do Not Open Until Christmas 2014.''
